Job Description

Prince Mohammed Bin Salman College of Business & Entrepreneurship have an exciting opportunity for a MBA Program Coordinator, based in King Abdullah Economic City which is located100km North of Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will be responsible for the smooth operation of the MBA programs on a daily basis. And provides general administrative support for the MBA Program and ensures that all classes and related activities are conducted on time, according to schedule, and with high quality standards. Routinely interacts with multiple constituencies including faculty, staff, and students, and the office of the Vice-Dean of Academic Affairs.

 

This position requires high levels of energy, a can-do attitude, initiative, professionalism, and superior problem-solving skills. It requires an employee who can make independent decisions when necessary and work without close supervision to ensure that daily operations of the MBA program are conducted smoothly.

 

The Ideal candidate must have 3-5 years of experience in managing programs in an academic or other educational/training setting preferred. And holds a bachelor degree from reputed university/college.

 

Main Responsibilities:

•Manages and coordinates logistics for the MBA Program.

•Ensures that all class meeting times and program-related special events are conducted on time and according to schedule in coordination with the office of the Vice-Dean of Student Affairs.

•Assists in managing SLE activities with the SLE coordinators.

•Continually update and maintain required program handbook(s)

•May support faculty with teaching- and classroom-related needs.

•Liaises with institutional marketing and recruitment to ensure that Program details on various materials and fora (websites, brochures etc) are accurate and up-to-date. Strives for excellence and helps the office of the Vice Dean to create a positive, collaborative atmosphere around the Program.

•Assumes additional responsibilities and projects as required and as necessary.

•Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication skills, and customer service skills and orientation.

•Ability to maintain a high degree of calm professionalism at the most demanding times.

•Willingness to take initiatives and ability to prioritize workload based on the needs of the Programs.

•Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task in a fast-paced academic environment

•Good command of the English Language is required, and good communication skills in Arabic is a plus.

•Strong computer skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint)

•Knowledge of Blackboard preferred

•Able to work with diverse students, staff, and faculty. Respects cultural differences and is able to manage them.

•Flexibility and willingness to assume new tasks and special projects
