MBSC is looking to hire a Head of Careers Office to manage the function at the College. The position aims at ensuring that MBSC graduates are provided with the best employment opportunities possible and that the job market is aware of the exceptional qualities, skills and knowledge which MBSC graduates have to offer.
Developing and updating candidate profiles and developing a deep and individual understanding of the strengths and ambitions of each graduate will be key to success. Additionally, developing and maintaining strong relations with key employers and recruiters will be also critical to the achievement of this role’s objectives.
The right candidate is a senior professional with a minimum 10 years of relevant experience ideally in a similar setting. He/she will be able to develop and execute a strategy for the Careers Office and create the right networks internally and externally to provide our students with the best employment opportunities in the market. He/she is currently working in a similar function at a world-class college or in Executive Search or Recruitment and has the networking ability and customer-relationship management and analytical skills necessary to match our graduates with the best opportunities available. He/she has worked in world-class institutions and is able to develop policies, procedures, programs and initiatives which meet rigorous standards of excellence and which lead to excellent results.
